So I'm going to be posting my favorite recipes a a lot of them are extremely easy. (I'm seriously the laziest cook that ever existed.)
This
one I got off of Pinterest awhile back while we lived in Germany. It's
perfect if you just need an easy meal that only takes about 5 minutes to
make, and is extremely cheap and you just let it sit there all day.
Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
Ingredients:
1. 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2. 2 (10 3/4 Oz.) Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
3. 1 Small Onion, Chopped
4. 1 (8 pack) Grands Refrigerated Biscuits
Instructions:
1. Place Chicken Breasts in the Slow Cooker/ Crock Pot.
2. Put the Onions and the Soup into the Slow Cooker/ Crock Pot and Stir Together.
3. Cook on High for 4 hours (The Chicken will shred itself) OR on Low for 8 hours.
4. About 45 minutes before finished, break the biscuits into thirds and put them in the chicken and soup mixture.
5. Cook for 45 min, or until biscuits are no long doughy.
Have fun!
